ATE Interfaces

inTEST EMS ATE Interfaces provide the high fidelity electrical connections required for modern ATE and the mechanical accuracy needed for ever shrinking component geometries. With products available for both present day and legacy testers and a wide range of probers and die handlers you can equip a complete test floor from a single source.

Tester Electrical Interfaces

The tester electrical interface provides a more user-friendly format for the Device Under Test. Whether the interface is by rigid connections or cables the idea is to deliver the tester resources to a remote point with the greatest possibly fidelity.

Prober Mechanical Interfaces

While wafer probers come complete with the things needed to handle the wafer under test, the mounting for the probe card and the electrical interface is often left to the end user. What pieces are needed depends on many factors but the end result needs to maintain planarity to the DUT under varying forces and temperatures.
